I wanted to do a post about Carnival and show a couple of videos that I had uploaded to Google, but when trying to log in I got a message that "Your account has been permanently disabled." I've submitted a request to get my account re-activated but it seems that the fine print indicates that "Note: In the event that your account is restored, your account information such as videos and comments will NOT be restored." I really hope that isn't true as I had a lot of videos there! I hope that this can be sorted out. I didn't ever get any notices about there being any problems with my account, so I was a little surprised. I think that many of the services that Google offers are truly amazing but getting help when you have a problem can be very frustrating. I know that there is a world of knowledge in the various forums but I never seem to find the answer to my questions without spending hours! I"ll keep you posted.
